Every year I look forward to being around my family and loved ones for Thanksgiving because there is always so much to be thankful for. Thursday will be my cheat day and pretty much anything goes on that day but what matters is that you get back on track. It’s ok every now and then to allow yourself a cheat meal here and there as long as you are on track 90% of the time you can still achieve great results. Start Monday November 24th and join me in the 24 day challenge. This could be a great opportunity to burn off the Thanksgiving meals and be at 10-14 pounds lighter by Christmas.
